Covid-19 has made us realize many things - both good and bad. One thing is for certain: the world has become increasingly interconnected, and accessing experts from around the world is easier than ever before.
Ever since creating the AR Proformance YouTube channel, the requests for simple and effective world class virtual coaching have been pouring in.
A team of us world class squash players and coaches have come together to answer your call.
We love what we do, we're exceptional at our craft, and we have a passion for helping others achieve their goals. If this resonates with you, let's get some results together!
You are a competitive junior squash player that trains 4-6 days a week. You have a coach. You do your solo training, fitness, group training, and match play.
But...you aren't getting the results you'd like. You feel like something is missing. You want support from a team of world class, highly experienced coaches that have taken junior athletes to the Ivy league schools and beyond.
Jimmy has been working with Ahad for several months now, and plans to continue indefinitely! See what Jimmy has to say about his expeirence.
All of the top national squash juniors work with Ahad and almost unanimously agree that their sessions with him are the best...However, what I like most about Ahad, is that he isn’t just my coach, he’s my friend.

My story before I met Ahad.
Ahad has a unique ability to break down film, using it to assess strengths and weaknesses, both for you and your opponent. He has a thoughtful, analytic approach to the game. He is curious about its various key elements – strategic, tactical, technical, physical and mental – while always looking for the latest science or developments in the sport. He may become the Bill Belichick of squash, though without the grumpy demeanor! As an older Masters player, I find Ahad a joy to work with – one leaves a session with him (via Zoom, in my case) feeling energized and ready for whatever my next opponent brings.
