Does Any Of The Following Sound Familiar?

"I feel lost. There's so much information out there. I don't know where to begin, or what's right for my development. I have lots of priorities, and can't afford to spend my training time inefficiently. What should I do?"

"People are always telling me how talented I am, and I know that I haven't reached my potential, but I don't know how to be the best that I can be."

"I do really well until 9-9, but then can't seem to close out games. What do I need to change? How can I become a closer?"

"I get on court and I stop thinking. I get into 'hit and run' mode, often times ending matches wondering 'what the heck just happened'..."

"I'm 63 years old, and I can't move like a 30 year old no matter how much training I do. Lots of coaches don't understand that. I need someone that can tailor my training plan according to my needs, given my age, abilities, and limitations."

"I know that I'm doing something wrong with my swing. I've recorded myself and compared it to videos of the pros, but I can't identify the exact issue. I feel stuck and frustrated."

"I'm fit and I'm fast, but I find myself in reactionary mode most of the time. I want to be in control of the game, and not scurrying across the court trying to stay in rallies."

"I used to train a lot when I was younger. It's been 15 years since I picked up a squash racquet, and I have some injuries. Where should I begin? I need structure and professional guidance. Something I can follow that will give my confidence."

"I’m not trying to become world champion. I want to enjoy my squash, and become as good as I can, while playing some local tournaments and leagues. I get on court and go through the usual routine – some boast drive, rails, and then play. I don’t seem to be getting much better…can you help me?"

A Big Question: Is It Really Possible To Improve Through Virtual Sessions, Without Getting On Court Together?

Here's What Others Are Saying

These are some of my current students, all of whom have experienced massive improvements both on and off the court; in squash and their personal lives

Before I began working with Ahad squash had been consistently average for more than 10 years. I first became aware of Ahad when I watched some of his YouTube videos where he analysed the tactical and mental side of the professional game. I had never seen anyone doing this in public aside from the commentators on SquashTV and I immediately identified with Ahad's approach to playing and improving at squash. One of the biggest obstacles I wanted to address was the mental side of my performance. I struggled with consistency of my performance in general and this became exacerbated when I entered a tournament where I became paralysed with fear!

Over the course of the last 18 months, Ahad has helped me with every aspect of my game. I now no longer have mental baggage from my younger years relating to how I have been coached previously, I am confident going into tournaments, I can now deliver a consistent squash performance and my SquashLevels has risen from 5000 to 6500 in less than 18 months. I now have a "Process" to play squash from, I have much greater tactical awareness and Ahad has taught me to teach myself to improve!

One of the biggest changes that I did not expect was to enjoy change! Before I met Ahad I was reluctant to change anything technical about my game in case my squash became worse. Now I embrace change and have become good at it! I enjoy discussing different techniques with Ahad and then trying them out.  With Ahad's help I am now able to implement small incremental changes, and consistently find improvement in every aspect of my squash.

Best of all, I absolutely love playing squash again, Ahad has given me all the tools I need to become the best player I can be. The reason I continue to work with Ahad is that he is able to deliver improvement in every area related to squash possible. Technical, tactical, fitness, mental, Solo, partner training, match play etc.

I cannot recommend Ahad highly enough, he is an amazing coach and a wonderful human being.
