Your goal:

  • Hit clean, controlled volleys in a figure-8 pattern around the “T”

  • Complete the target number of reps as smoothly and quickly as possible

  • Time yourself, track your progress, and aim to beat your best

This drill will push your footwork, racquet control, and reaction time—core skills every squash player needs.
