Yes, yes and yes. The ABDUCTION program was created with busy schedules in mind. Each training session ranges from approximately 5 minutes to 15 minutes. You can do most of the workouts from your home, with little to no equipment. Or you can complete them at the end of your regular training routine at the gym.
